These are calculation examples only. The concentration assumptions below are explicit so syringe units are never separated from vial strength and diluent volume.

Always recalculate from the actual vial strength and diluent volume. A U-100 unit is 0.01 mL; it is not a dose by itself.

Observations
- The reviewed discussions most often clustered around 250-500 mcg total per day.
- Both once-daily and split morning/evening administration were reported; no validated human schedule exists.
- Users discussed tendon, muscle, joint and digestive goals, but these anecdotes cannot establish efficacy.
Caveats
- Published human exposure is too limited to characterize BPC-157 safety, pharmacokinetics or an appropriate subcutaneous dose.
- Product identity, purity, sterility and concentration cannot be inferred from online reports, and animal findings do not establish human benefit.
