Community Protocol
Survodutide
Preparation examples, syringe conversion, community-reported patterns and important limitations.
Educational and calculation-reference material only. Community reports are uncontrolled anecdotes and do not replace professional medical guidance, product labeling, or individualized clinical monitoring.
Scope
Preparation examples, syringe conversion, community-reported patterns and important limitations.
Available strengths: 10 MG
Preparation Examples
These are calculation examples only. The concentration assumptions below are explicit so syringe units are never separated from vial strength and diluent volume.
| Setup | Diluent | Concentration | Unit conversion |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 MG vial – 2 mL example | Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water | 5 mg/mL | Each U-100 unit = 50 mcg |
| 10 MG vial – 1 mL example | Add 1 mL bacteriostatic water | 10 mg/mL | Each U-100 unit = 100 mcg |
Syringe Conversion
| Reported amount | 10 MG setup | 10 MG setup |
|---|---|---|
| 300 mcg | 6 units | 3 units |
| 600 mcg | 12 units | 6 units |
| 1.2 mg | 24 units | 12 units |
| 2.4 mg | 48 units | 24 units |
Always recalculate from the actual vial strength and diluent volume. A U-100 unit is 0.01 mL; it is not a dose by itself.
Community-Reported Patterns
| Recurring report | Frequency seen | Context in reports |
|---|---|---|
| 0.3-0.6 mg | Once weekly | Lower-start reports |
| 1.2-2.4 mg | Once weekly | Titration discussions |
| 2.4-4.8 mg | Once weekly | Higher trial-aligned reports |
Observations
- Community discussions most often centered on appetite control, weight loss and liver-fat research.
- The amount, frequency, route and cycle length varied substantially between reports.
- Reported outcomes were commonly confounded by diet, training, other products or existing treatment.
Caveats
- Survodutide remains investigational; gastrointestinal effects, heart-rate changes and dose escalation require trial-level monitoring.
- Community reports are uncontrolled anecdotes and do not establish an appropriate dose, safety, product identity, purity or efficacy.
