These are calculation examples only. The concentration assumptions below are explicit so syringe units are never separated from vial strength and diluent volume.

Always recalculate from the actual vial strength and diluent volume. A U-100 unit is 0.01 mL; it is not a dose by itself.

Observations
- The reviewed reports most often clustered around 100-200 mcg of each component per administration.
- Some users split morning and evening administrations; others moved dosing to morning after sleep disruption.
- Reported food timing and cycle length varied, and no community consensus was evident.
Caveats
- Posts discussed sleep changes, tingling or numbness, water retention and limited biomarker response; these reports are uncontrolled anecdotes.
- Confirm whether a product contains CJC-1295 with DAC or no DAC. They are not interchangeable, and this document addresses the combined PeptideStacks product only.
