Community Protocol
IGF-1LR3
Preparation examples, syringe conversion, community-reported patterns and important limitations.
Educational and calculation-reference material only. Community reports are uncontrolled anecdotes and do not replace professional medical guidance, product labeling, or individualized clinical monitoring.
Scope
Preparation examples, syringe conversion, community-reported patterns and important limitations.
Available strengths: 1 MG
Preparation Examples
These are calculation examples only. The concentration assumptions below are explicit so syringe units are never separated from vial strength and diluent volume.
| Setup | Diluent | Concentration | Unit conversion |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 MG vial – 2 mL example | Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water | 0.5 mg/mL | Each U-100 unit = 5 mcg |
| 1 MG vial – 1 mL example | Add 1 mL bacteriostatic water | 1 mg/mL | Each U-100 unit = 10 mcg |
Syringe Conversion
| Reported amount | 1 MG setup | 1 MG setup |
|---|---|---|
| 10 mcg | 2 units | 1 units |
| 20 mcg | 4 units | 2 units |
| 50 mcg | 10 units | 5 units |
| 100 mcg | 20 units | 10 units |
Always recalculate from the actual vial strength and diluent volume. A U-100 unit is 0.01 mL; it is not a dose by itself.
Community-Reported Patterns
| Recurring report | Frequency seen | Context in reports |
|---|---|---|
| 10-20 mcg | Once daily | Lower-start reports |
| 20-50 mcg | Once daily | Most recurring range |
| 50-100 mcg | Daily in some reports | Higher experimental use |
Observations
- Community discussions most often centered on muscle growth, recovery and nutrient-partitioning goals.
- The amount, frequency, route and cycle length varied substantially between reports.
- Reported outcomes were commonly confounded by diet, training, other products or existing treatment.
Caveats
- IGF-1 activity can cause hypoglycemia and may promote unwanted tissue growth; unsupervised exposure is high risk.
- Community reports are uncontrolled anecdotes and do not establish an appropriate dose, safety, product identity, purity or efficacy.
